To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Accolmile Team within 14 days of your receipt of the e-bike. The e-bike must have be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). You must contact Accolmile Team and get the return label from Accolmile Team. Returns are not allowed after 14 days of the delivery date.
If the customer finds that the packaging is damaged due to the shipping company after receiving the goods, he needs to take a picture and keep it and inform us. If it does not affect the use of the product, we will not refund it. If the product is damaged, the customer can apply for a refund.
Accessory and Motors
Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within 20 days of receipt. Any returned accessory or Motor must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-returnable/non-refundable Items. Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return.
You will receive a refund within 3 working days after we receive the returned items
PS. Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process.
NOTICE
Following terms applies to all refunds and exchange.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company of your choosing.
- When the goods have been sent out, the customer is not allowed to refund.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
