Shipping is free in USA and EU for all Order, other countries and regions will require additional charge according to the actual logistics and transportation situation and most accessories* purchased with a bike. replacement parts not covered under warranty, will be charged a shipping fee.
In the US and EU, in-stock items typically ship within three business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page. The shipping time may take 3-15 days.
Under special circumstances, we will send out from our warehouse in China, and we will notify you by email in advance that our goods will be sent from China, and the shipping time will be 30-60 days. No extra charge will added.
Our bikes are carefully packaged with ease-of-transport and protection in mind. Shipping is offered through FedEx Ground and UPS for bikes, and we may use DHL/USPS for items smaller than a bike. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package.
Due to the freight, the products sent from China are generally shipped by rail or ship, and then transferred to UPS/FedEx for delivery to your home, so there may be shipments but no tracking numbers or the tracking updates for a long time.Customer can apply to us for air freight, the additional freight needs to be paid by the customer.
Customers in other regions will ship from China warehouse by default. The shipping time will vary depending on the region and country. If additional shipping costs are required, we will notify you by email before shipping.
