As promised earlier, we initially committed to delivering your bikes by December 25th. However, we have encountered unforeseen challenges related to the availability of the SUTTO motor, which has compelled us to make minimal updates to the product, specifically changing the motor to the ANANDA model.

The production of the bikes was successfully completed on November 10th, followed by a comprehensive week of road tests and quality checks to ensure the utmost performance and satisfaction. All necessary checks before shipping were finalized on November 20th.

Subsequently, the products began their journey from our facility in China to Europe on November 23rd, with the arrival time contingent upon the efficiency of European customs—a process that typically spans 30 days.

Regrettably, due to these unforeseen circumstances, we anticipate a delay in delivering your order before Christmas. Our current estimate is that the product will reach your address by the end of December (or before January 10th). This delay is attributed to two primary factors: the necessary update to the bicycle motor and our commitment to ensuring that you receive a product that surpasses your expectations. As part of this commitment, we introduced an additional step of road testing the product, which extended the overall processing time by 10 days. We hope you can understand it and keep you order.
